Helloooooo everyone!! I am Tony and today  I will introduce you to a very good book, Not just a witch!

About the other: Eva Ibbotson

  

          Eva Ibbotson is a Austrian-born British novelist known for her award-winning children's book as well as her novels for adults. 

          Eva was born on the 21st of January 1925 in the city of Vienna of Austria. She had recently died in 2010 at the age of 85. Her real name was Maria Charlotte Michelle Wiesner. Her father's name is Berthold Wiesner who was a physiologist. Her mother is Anna Greyner who was a successful novelist and playwright. Eva attended Dartington Hall School. Originally she wanted to become a physiologist like her father but after some life incidents she decided to be a novelist. 

          Eva started writing with the television drama Linda Came Today and published her first novel, the Great Ghost Rescue in 1975. Eva wrote lots of children book and has been a runner up for many of major awards for British children's literature. 

About the book: Not just a witch

          The book "Not just a witch" is a very interesting book about how 2 witches grown up in a very famous Magical School and planned her life to do good things for people. They are Heckie and Dora. Heckie is an animal witch who has the ability to turn people into animals with her magical toe. Dora is a stone witch with the magical ability to petrify people, or turn them into a stone! Heckie and Dora were great friends when they are still at school. On the graduating day, they quarreled because of only a hat! Instead of living together, they now plan to separate. Heckie comes to the city of Wellbridge while Dora went to a different city. Heckie turned all the bad people into animals. She built a Wickedness hunting group. Everything was going on pretty well until the day she met a man name Lionel Knacksap. This guy sees that Heckie has this special power of turning people into animals. Heckie fell in love with this Knacksap guy. Knacksap then used her to make lots and lots of money. When Heckie first comes to this city, she met a boy name Daniel and his friends who helped her a lot with the good deeds she wants to do. Later on, Dora moves into the city where Heckie is at but she doesn't know! Together they do lots of good things but were tricked and cheated by Knacksap. At last, the witches again met each others and forgot how they quarreled stupidly about the hats a year ago. Knacksap's face cover as a nice gentlemen got blown up eventually. He is now in jail for all that he did. Now the witches are living in the country side happily.

My comments about this book:

          This book is a really good book worthy for you sitting down spending your time reading it. This book will really amaze you by all the exciting events going on in the book. You will definitely hook into this astonishing plot. You will feel like you are lost in a world of magical adventures and will find yourself feeling very stubborn not wanting to put the book down. I bet that you will have a great time reading it. NOW, start sticking your eyes into it!! IT IS AWESOME!!!!
